Hello! My name is Neli Santana
I currently work as a Lead Product Designer at The Telegraph and previoustly I worked as a Product Designer at Just Eat for Business.
In my past life, I worked as a Web Designer & Developer in agencies, designing and building websites for all sorts of clients - from e-commerce and retail to education, government, advertising, finance and hospitality.
That experience gave me a strong foundation in both design and development. These days, I combine that background with user research, design thinking, and curiosity to solve problems, explore ideas, and create products that are useful, accessible, and enjoyable to use. I love collaborating with people who bring different perspectives and ways of thinking.
